Position:
Sales Enablement Specialist – Barcelona

⭐ As a Sales Enablement Specialist in our Qonto office in Barcelona, you will drive continuous improvement in sales performance by building a scalable enablement framework that equips managers and sales teams across multiple markets to perform at their best.

Role Overview

👩💻🧑💻 As a Sales Enablement Specialist at Qonto, you will:

  • Design and operate a scalable Sales Enablement framework and system that helps our sales teams excel
    , with a strong focus on tooling, content, and processes that managers can deploy within their teams.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional content creation with Sales Managers
    , Product Marketing Managers (PMM), Sales Operations, and other partners to build playbooks, scripts, and enablement assets at scale.
  • Support managers to deliver sales coaching and close performance gaps
    , helping them identifying trends and insights using performance metrics and tools.
  • Deploy and administer the Sales Onboarding Academy
    , including certification paths, best‑practice mapping, and cross‑functional programs to accelerate ramp and consistency across markets.
What you can expect
  • Team Context:
    You’ll join a lean sales enablement team reporting directly to Giacomo Ruggiero, Central Sales Director ’ll work closely with another Sales Enablement Specialist and with sales managers to support the central sales team across multiple markets.
  • Strategic Impact:
    You’ll help build and refine the Sales Academy, certifications, and enablement systems that directly improve sales performance and scalability.
  • Collaborative Environment:
    You’ll partner with Sales Operations, Marketing and Operations to deliver programs, content, and insights that support performance, training, and strategic objectives.

About You
  • Sales Enablement/Project Leadership: You bring deep prior Sales Enablement experience or, alternatively, strong Project Management experience in complex organizations.
  • Sales

    Experience:

    at least 5 years in sales or enablement‑related roles, including exposure to sales cycles, pipeline management, and methodology training to effectively analyze and improve sales processes.
  • Program Leadership: Proven ability to take ownership on several cross‑functional projects, elevating managers through enablement and high standards in complex contexts.
