Due to continuous growth, our Procurement Team is excited to welcome a motivated Procurement Sourcing Specialist to help us align procurement with business goals to drive organizational success.

As a Procurement Sourcing Specialist you’ll play a vital role in sourcing, negotiating, and contracting for the company's operations and be responsible for negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best possible value and the highest quality standards. Working closely with different departments, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both our products and processes.

As a Procurement Sourcing Specialist at Leadtech, you will:

• Sourcing, negotiating, and contracting for the company's operations. This role involves managing supplier relationships, ensuring cost‑effectiveness, and maintaining high‑quality standards in all procurement activities.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring they meet Leadtech standards and requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best possible value and the highest quality standards.
• Monitor and track supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery and quality of services.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure seamless integration of procurement processes.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and databases.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in procurement.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement strategies and best practices.

• Experience with sourcing IT Categories & Professional Services.
• Strong negotiation skills.

• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools ( Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulations.

Good to have:

• CIPS member or Certified
• Experience with Jira Service Management
• Experience with Reporting tools ( BI, Tableau, Looker etc)
