We’re on the hunt for a talented Product Manager to join Abacum and help us build the most revolutionary finance product in history. 🚀

You’ll take ownership of a core product pillar, driving its strategy, roadmap, and goals, all while working in a fast-paced environment where ideas turn into reality in mere hours.

• Understand Customer Needs: Conduct research to identify customer, market, and business problems. Analyze behavior, preferences, and trends to define actionable insights.
• Define and Prioritize Problems: Use customer feedback and market analysis to prioritize high-impact problems. Clearly communicate priorities to stakeholders and the team.
• Develop Solutions: Work with design and engineering teams to refine ideas into actionable solutions, breaking them into iterative steps that deliver value progressively.
• Drive Execution: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from writing detailed user stories to ensuring engineering and design teams have the clarity needed to implement solutions effectively.
• Measure Success: Define and track key performance metrics to assess the impact of your solutions. Iterate based on data and customer feedback to achieve business goals.

• Proven experience building complex products with multiple end‑user personas.
• Strong technical knowledge to engage effectively with engineers and designers.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with a focus on cross‑functional teamwork.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with tactical execution, moving seamlessly between big‑picture planning and detailed problem‑solving.
• A bias for action and iterative learning; you’re comfortable making decisions in uncertainty.
• Demonstrated experience in defining success metrics and leveraging data to guide product decisions.

• Experience building APIs or technical integrations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with designing scalable and user‑friendly features for enterprise users.
• Technical background and/or technical knowledge that empowers you to have insightful discussions with software engineers.
• Experience working close to finance teams or FP&A teams is a plus.
