Our internationally positioned, multilingual team ensures the perfect technical implementation of events, trade fairs and conferences - from the planning phase to execution and debriefing.

In order for these individual projects to be successfully implemented, a team with local know-how, great expertise and a lot of motivation is required. We know very well that we can only be successful as a team and we want to position ourselves accordingly.

• Maintain the shared mailbox of rigging
• Answer clients within 24 hours on their requests
• Find a technical solution for solving the request
• Prepare the Drawing and send the quote to the client
• Call clients to request missing information or speed up the process
• Confirm the services in the supplier channel
• Receive and process purchase orders
• Start execution of the rigging process by printing the documents for the warehouse
• Availability during setup and dismantling times
• React on request in Fresh Desk System

The Rigging Consultant guides our clients through the whole order process of Rigging for fairs:

• Experience in project management
• Technical understanding
• Business fluent in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of handling and operating Brics
  
  CAD 2022 or similar
• Knowledge in dealing with cable suspensions and their installation in supporting structures
• Knowledge of handling trusses and their selection
• Knowledge in handling programmes for static load calculation such as SPX Limits or R-Stab
• Current and power calculation
• Professional selection and use of materials
