You could join our Global Supply Planning team to develop and implement our global supply strategy, or work with our Procurement Centre of Excellence team to negotiate and manage our supplier relationships. Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.
the role
As a Master Data Associate you’ll be giving support to the supply team and areas on Master data related topics.
Your responsibilities- Owner of new SKUs creation process. Give support and train key stakeholders on Master data new SKU creation process (supply and rest of business areas involved).
- Execute creation and changes to SAP master data.
- Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business systems.
- Participate in project status meetings and provide updates on the progress of each SKU to multiple functional teams.
- Maintain and follow up status of active SKUs. Ensure they have been added to the appropriate catalogs and update data when necessary or delist when requested by commercial/planning team.
- Identify obsolete SKUs in order to have a clean and updated master data.
- Maintain and develop methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data.
- Solve technical problems under his/her scope (Master data related).
- Follow the processes in place, ensure that stakeholders are respecting them and continuously improve them.
- Put in place and measure KPIs to track the progress of the Master Data activity and ensure that the data quality and timings are respected.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any other relevant field.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role in FMCG sector.
- MS Office, PPTX, Excel and SAP (or other ERP System).
- Analytical skills.
