We are looking for

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Operations Analyst (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your role in Biz Away
  • Be an admin for Salesforce and other tools of our Sales Stack.
  • Manage tickets by our Sales team in a fast and proactive manner, to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Create and Analyze sales reports to deliver to different stakeholders (internal and external) maintaining data accuracy and easy accessibility.
  • Work on delicate CRM operations such as massive data import / export / update, ensuring data integrity.
  • Analyse sales processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  • Work on heterogeneous projects assigned by your manager.
Your basic qualifications
  • High level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as Business Analyst/Sales Operations/Operations.
  • Experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce) and Data Visualization Tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel: ideally you can use Excel without a mouse.
  • Strong analytical skills and good communication with different stakeholders.
  • Creation and expertise creating Reports & Dashboards and show the information in a user friendly way.
We are also interested in
  • Previous experience in SAAS Sales / CRM Management / SAP Management and Data Visualization tools are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Coding/ Low-code/AI/ Data analysis tools.
