About the RoleOur client is looking for driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who want to contribute to the expansion and success of their Sales organisation.
This position plays a key role in pipeline generation, prospect identification and outreach to decision-makers across international markets.
Key Responsibilities- Research and prospect potential clients in the assigned market.
- Run outbound campaigns through email, phone and multiple touchpoints.
- Present the solution to relevant stakeholders (Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.).
- Define quarterly OKRs together with the Sales Development Manager.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Executives in a continuous feedback loop.
- Proactively propose ideas, strategies and campaigns to improve the sales process and accelerate growth.
- Native‑level proficiency in one of the target languages (allocated based on market needs).
- Strong command of English for internal communication.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or studies in Business, Management, Marketing, Tourism or related fields.
- High motivation and resilience — eager to take on challenges and grow rapidly.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to propose solutions and learn from mistakes.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must be currently residing in Spain.
- NIE is mandatory. Candidates without NIE or not currently living in Spain will not be considered.
- Experience in SaaS, Business Travel, startups or tech‑driven environments.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools.
24,000€ base salary + 10,000€ annual bonus (performance‑based)
