Department and Project description

Our mission is to set up systems and effective processes which protect and react in front of quality and safety issues from our offers (product, solutions and services).

It is a transversal function dedicated to protecting customers by anticipating, detecting, and mitigating quality and safety risks related to products, solutions, and services. Through end‑to‑end systems, quality methodologies, and advanced data analytics, the team supports fast reaction, preventive actions, and continuous improvement of offer quality. The student will contribute to data analysis, process improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration within a high‑impact quality and safety environment.

What

will you learn?
  • An End to End Business Platform to manage Quality and Safety offer issues
  • Quality Methods and Tools to improve any company processes
  • Work closely with the process owners to understand the requirements and objectives related to the data
  • Analyze data, ensuring its reliability in collaboration with the responsible process owners
  • Ensure that the improvement translates into the corresponding process flows
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities; relate this data to other data in Quality databases to find possible correlations that help us carry out preventive studies and predictive analysis of offer quality through statistical techniques
  • Present clear and concise reports and visualizations of data analysis results
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to provide information and recommendations based on data analysis
Are you who we are looking for?
  • Work between 4 and 6 hours a day (Monday to Friday) and be available in the mornings; the schedule is flexible and you can start between 8 and 10 am
  • Make an internship agreement with your university or study centre for a period of at least 6 months
  • Be available to start in October
  • Have a high level of English
  • Be a university student in Data Science, specialising in Quality Management Systems
  • Have knowledge of data analysis techniques and statistics
  • Be familiar with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Python, R, or similar tools
  • Be able to work independently and in a team, cross‑team
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pay attention to detail and be able to analyse and synthesize large volumes of data
  • Have interest and passion for data analysis and process improvement

  • An experience specially designed for your learning and development
  • Paid internships (depending on the schedule you establish, min. 20 hours and max. 30 hours per week): € 700‑900 / month
  • Monthly sessions to enhance your development and employability (Trainee's Academy)
  • Track your evolution and learning
  • Time flexibility to combine it with your studies
  • One day of free disposal per month (cumulative)
  • Duration of at least 6 months with the possibility of extension or contracting
