Amazon's Translation Services team provides translation tools and solutions supporting the localization and translation needs of Amazon businesses. The Vendor Management & Data Insights team consolidates vendor management operations and centralized reporting for invoicing, pricing, and metrics, providing the data foundation for decision‑making across the organization.

• Own and monitor key invoicing metrics end-to-end, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities and implementing solutions;
• Design, build, and maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards for financial accuracy and process compliance;
• Use data to propose business improvements and inform decisions on vendor selection, workflow redesign, and cost structure optimization;
• Identify automation and process simplification opportunities using AI/ML capabilities and drive them from concept to implementation;
• Conduct root cause analyses on process failures and develop scalable preventive solutions;
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Business Development, Quality, Product, and Finance to align and implement improvements;
• Run invoice audits across vendors and resolve discrepancies with vendors and support teams;
• Analyze monthly costs and month-over-month variations to identify cost drivers and efficiency improvements;
• Assess process compliance risks and define guardrails to maintain financial controllership as the business scales.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders;
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools;
• Experience in business or financial analysis;
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights;
• Experience with Excel;
• Experience with SQL;
• Business English skills, both verbal and written;
• Nice to have:
  Experience creating process improvements through automation and analysis, communicating results to senior leadership, a degree in operations research, applied mathematics, or theoretical computer science, experience working with or evaluating AI systems, Python or R for data analysis and automation, vendor management, procurement, or financial operations, developing business cases or strategic recommendations that led to operational model changes, experience working in an international and dynamic environment.
