We’re seeking an experienced Strategy Manager to join our Transport team in Barcelona (hybrid) to define the Train and Air content sourcing strategy (together with the area’s IT / Product leadership). You will not only be actively architecting the future of a multibillion-search global travel marketplace but you will also be developing a deep domain knowledge across air and rail while applying your macro-level strategic vision and aggressive execution skills.

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As Content Sourcing Strategy Manager in the eDO Transport Team, you will be in charge of:

• Define marketplace sourcing strategy to ensure our provider mix maximises in a sustainable manner value generation for eDO.
• Manage the relationship with a diverse set of content providers and ensure each adheres to agreed quality targets.
• Define eDO’s content sourcing strategy for ground transportation such as rail and bus in close cooperation with Product, IT and legal. Finding the right sourcing partners across several geographies
• Contribute to the overall content strategy definition with the eDO Transport business area.
• Ensure alignment across key stakeholders to ensure and facilitate discussions with senior leadership
• Ensure on time delivery against defined roadmaps and achievement of objectives by working closely with all functional stakeholders involved.

• Top-tier consultancy background of at least 5 years.
• English level C1-C2
• Strategic mindset and results-driven
• Agile decision-making in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini, or other AI-powered assistants.
• Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into workflows.
• AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
• Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
