Identify operational improvement opportunities by analyzing service performance data and conducting deep dives across markets;
Prioritize opportunities based on their potential impact on key business metrics, business context and required effort;
Identify and lead initiatives to improve partner satisfaction, contact ratio, service-related costs and partner churn;
Own projects end-to-end from problem identification and hypothesis validation through execution, rollout and impact tracking;
Coordinate multiple initiatives and stakeholders by creating clear priorities, action plans and follow-ups;
Create and optimize Partner and Agent Experience processes and propose self-service improvements across Help Center and Partner Support flows;
Work closely with Commercial teams to understand partner needs and align support processes with business requirements;
Contribute to the rollout and adaptation of new service processes and product solutions across markets;
Identify solutions that can be replicated and scaled globally.

Independently query and analyze data, conduct deep dives and translate insights into practical operational improvements;
Bring structure to complex environments and turn ambiguity into concrete next steps, owners and timelines;
Influence without authority and coordinate stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Legal, Finance and Product/Tech;
Manage initiatives end-to-end, including problem identification, hypothesis validation, solution execution, stakeholder management and results tracking;
Manage competing priorities, make trade-offs and focus on high-impact initiatives;
Break down complex operational problems, identify root causes and design practical, scalable solutions while ensuring compliance with market regulations; 2–4 Years of experience in project management, consulting, operations or similar roles in fast-paced environments;
Actively use AI to improve productivity and identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs and improve process quality and scalability;
Demonstrate high ownership, bias for action and adaptability in ambiguous, fast-paced environments;
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field;
Fluent in English.
