To support the Business Enablement team in the execution, coordination and follow-up of business initiatives and sales enablement activities. The role will help ensure that commercial programs are properly structured, communicated, tracked and executed, supporting collaboration between Business Units, Sales teams and internal stakeholders.

• Support the execution and follow-up of business enablement initiatives and proactive sales activities.
• Create, update and maintain activity information in internal systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Monitor activity progress and follow up with Business Units and Sales teams to ensure completion and capture of results.
• Act as a coordination point between Business Units, Sales teams, Marketing and other internal stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of materials required for commercial activities, including one-pagers, email communications, partner information, value propositions and sales enablement assets.
• Ensure sales teams have the required information and resources to execute customer engagement activities effectively.
• Collect feedback, results and insights from commercial teams to improve future initiatives.
• Prepare activity status reports and summaries to monitor execution and performance.
• Support meeting organization, action tracking and follow-up activities.
• Maintain documentation and best practices to improve the scalability and efficiency of business programs.

• University student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Digital Business, Economics, or related field.
• Previous internship experience in business operations, sales support, marketing or project coordination.
• Interest in technology, business processes, and commercial enablement.
• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Comfortable working with business tools, systems and data tracking.
• Interest in AI tools and process improvement.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent/native Spanish and professional English.

Hands-on experience in a multinational environment. Opportunity to collaborate with international teams. As part of this internship program, you will receive a monthly compensation of €1,000 gross for a full time internship.
