Click&Boat operates a boat rental marketplace that makes boating accessible around the world and enables private and professional boat owners to generate additional income through rentals.

Own the product strategy for launching and scaling Click&Boat in the US, from product adaptation to geographic expansion Align the leadership team around a clear product vision and turn it into concrete priorities that help the product squads deliver maximum value Lead two product squads dedicated to the US market Work closely with tech, design, operations and senior leadership, bridging European teams with the realities of the US market

Fluent or bilingual English Strong familiarity with the US market, gained through living, working or studying there Будет плюсом: experience launching or scaling a product in a new market, ideally the US; fluency in French and/or Spanish
