Codeway builds category-leading consumer AI apps on mobile and web, at global scale.
600M+ downloads. 60+ apps. 400+ builders across Barcelona and İstanbul. Completely bootstrapped. No board. Profitable since year two.
Small teams move faster than big ones. But they need big resources to win ody starts from zero. The problem decides the solution, not us.
We turn category wins into six focused vertical companies:
Wishlabs (AI Creativity), Wellture (Wellness), Learna (Education), Sparked (Media), Cosmic Jam (Entertainment), and Catalyst Apps (Utilities & Productivity). Each has full ownership and the depth to go further than anyone else in its space.
Codeway HQ powers them all. One platform. One team that finds and grows builders. One set of guardrails. Every idea born here starts with an unfair advantage: the platform, the people, and the profits of every product before it. That's the system.
Turns out you can do both.
Move like an indie. Hit like a giant.
POSITIONCodeway's verticals are growing, with new products, new teams and new markets. We are looking for Associate Product Managers who want to learn product management hands‑on and grow into future product leaders with us.
You’ll work closely with your vertical's product lead and alongside our data, engineering, applied AI engineering, design, growth and QA teams. You’ll start with a few clear responsibilities, get to know how we work, and take on more as you grow. You won’t be doing it alone: you’ll have a team to learn from, lean on and challenge along the way.
Day to day, that means spending time in the data, following what's happening in the market, keeping the team's work organized and helping us learn through experiments. Over time, you’ll get more involved in deciding where the product goes next.
WHAT YOU'LL DODigging into product data to answer real questions, such as where users drop off, what keeps them coming back and how a new feature is performing, and helping the team make data-driven decisions based on what you find.
Keeping an eye on the market and competitors: following new releases and updates, looking closely at how other apps solve similar problems, and sharing what you find with clear, practical recommendations.
Helping keep the product backlog organized, prioritized and ready for the team, including writing clear tasks and making sure everyone understands the goal behind them.
Helping run our experiments, from onboarding flows to new features: suggesting ideas, preparing test plans and tracking, reading the results and capturing what we learn so the whole team can build on it.
Working with data, engineering, applied AI engineering, design, growth and QA to bring features from idea to launch, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks along the way.
Joining product strategy, roadmap and stakeholder discussions, and preparing updates and presentations together with your product lead, with more responsibility over time.
Ownership. You take responsibility for your work, follow through on what you commit to and raise issues early instead of waiting for someone to notice.
Curiosity for data. You like finding answers in data rather than relying on assumptions.
Open mind. You welcome feedback and new ideas, ask a lot of questions, and change your mind when the evidence points elsewhere.
Care for users. You want to understand how people actually use a product, what frustrates them and what would make their experience better.
Interest in the category. You genuinely enjoy the space you'd be building for and use products in it yourself.
Clear communication. You express your ideas clearly in English, in writing and out loud, and you're comfortable sharing your thinking with different teams.
