We are looking for a Brands Talent Acquisition Graduate to join our Human Resources team in Barcelona. This program will provide hands‑on experience in various HR functions, with a primary focus on graduate recruitment.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a dynamic, global organization while contributing to the recruitment of Puig’s next generation of talent.

Graduate Recruitment Support:
Assist in the end‑to‑end recruitment process for graduate roles.
Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain strong communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.

HR Generalist

Activities:

Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Assist with maintaining employee records and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provide support in other HR areas, such as training and HR operations.

Education:

Bachelor’s or master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

Previous experience in HR or recruitment.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Linked In) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a passion for working in the beauty, fashion, or luxury industry.
