The Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and proper organization of all china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and kitchen equipment throughout the hotel. This role is a temporary position
, hired to cover a leave of absence
, and plays a key part in supporting smooth culinary operations while upholding Grand Hyatt’s hygiene and quality standards.

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, stewarding areas, storage rooms, and banquet support areas according to health regulations.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure clean equipment and utensils are organized and readily available.
• Communicate efficiently with kitchen and service teams.
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety guidelines.

• A genuine desire to serve others.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, and move moderate weight.
• Availability to work P.M. shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in stewarding minimum 1 year
