Pastry Chef

We are looking for a passionate and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join the Kitchen team at ALEIA, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Barcelona. This is an opportunity to work in a high-end culinary environment where strong pastry technique, creativity, precision, and a commitment to excellence are highly valued.

As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be part of the Kitchen team at ALEIA, working in a demanding and creative fine dining environment. You will contribute to the preparation and execution of pastry creations while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

You will work closely with the team to ensure an organized and efficient pastry operation, contributing to the high gastronomic standards of the restaurant.

• Prepare and execute pastry preparations according to the restaurant's standards.
• Maintain a high level of quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Ensure an organized and efficient pastry section.
• Work collaboratively with the pastry and kitchen teams.
• Contribute to the creative and technical development of the pastry section.
• Maintain the highest standards of excellence throughout daily operations.

• Professional pastry experience, including experience in a Chef de Partie or similar position in Michelin-starred or high-end fine dining restaurants
• Strong pastry technique.
