About usOur client is a leading entertainment destination in Europe, dedicated to creating magical experiences for guests of all ages. Our commitment to exceptional customer service sets us apart, ensuring that every visitor leaves with unforgettable memories.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for Dutch‑speaking guests, over the phone, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about park attractions, events, and amenities to enhance guests’ experiences and maximize their enjoyment.
- Assist guests with ticket purchases, reservations, and itinerary planning, ensuring seamless transactions and efficient service delivery.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy and diplomacy, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized work environment, including the cleanliness and tidiness of the plateau.
- Stay updated on park policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure compliance and promote a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed.
- Familiarity with computer systems and software applications for data entry, ticketing, and reservation management.
- Knowledge of the local area and tourist attractions is a plus.
- From Mondays to Fridays from 9.15 hrs to 17.15 hrs and from 11.30 hrs to 19.30 hrs. Two working Saturdays per month.
- Permanent contract of 39 hrs a week.
- Salary: 22.4K gross per year + 2K bonus gross per year.
Starting date: January 5th 2026.
