Salary: 19,494 yearly gross + up to 3,000 yearly gross bonus + private medical insurance

Assist Dutch-speaking users with product questions, troubleshooting needs, and general support requests

Deliver accurate information and empathetic customer care through phone, email, and chat

Follow established service procedures while also showing initiative in providing solutions

Record and update all interactions in the internal system

Identify recurring issues and elevate when needed

Work collaboratively with your team to meet service goals

Participate in coaching sessions and skill-building workshops

Fluent Dutch and confident English

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work on-site in Barcelona

Customer-oriented mindset and patience

Adaptability in a high-volume support environment

Basic computer and typing skills

Eligibility to work in the EU
