Job Description We are looking for a new member to join our Customer Support team. We strive to provide an exceptional experience for our clients and are looking for a proactive and organized person with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

What You’ll DoThe main objective is to support our clients, primarily via phone and email, and occasionally in person. As a key link between our clients and the services we offer, you will:

Maintain smooth and friendly communication with clients and the team Provide information about processes and answer any questions

Take responsibility for efficiently managing issues reported by clients

Coordinate issue management in collaboration with other departments

Provide support during check-ins and check-outs, including key management

Use company systems and processes to keep all information organized

What You’ll Bring Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a results-driven mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and colleagues

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly

Flexibility to adapt to different tasks
