Location: Lisbon (On-site)
Language Requirements: Dutch (native or C2) & English (B2+)

We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors to join our international team in Lisbon
. You will support customers for a global brand, delivering high-quality service via phone, email, chat, or social media, while enjoying life in one of Europe’s most vibrant capitals.

This role is ideal for candidates who want to work abroad

• Handle inbound customer contacts via multiple channels
• Provide accurate information and solutions in a professional manner
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and brand representation
• Native or near-native Dutch speaker
• Good command of English (B2 or higher)
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Customer‑oriented mindset
• Ability to work on‑site in Lisbon
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Option to live in a company-rented shared apartment in the Lisbon area

Available for least the first 14 months
