Your profile   Previous experience in B2B inbound support or inside sales
Confident handling of customer communication via chat, email, and phone
Strong interest in software solutions and digital tools
Customer-focused, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Well-organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in  Dutch (Level C2)  and  English (Level C1)
What your future business day could look like   Respond to inbound inquiries from Dutch-speaking B2B customers via chat, email, and phone
Document interactions and update lead/customer data in the CRM system
Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
Stay informed about product updates to support customers effectively
