At  Netzon Grou p, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for motivated Customer Service Agents to join our International Team in Barcelona.

About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. You’ll be representing Church & Dwight dedicated to healthcare and personal care product s.

✅Your Mission
Customer Advocate:
Ensure our clients needs and concerns are addressed effectively and efficiently.
Product Expert:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and insightful information to customers.
Omnichannel Specialist:
Deliver exceptional customer support across all channels (Phone and Email).
Problem Solver:
Analyse customer issues, identify root causes and proactively offer personalized solutions.
Brand Ambassador:
Authentically represent the brand and its values in every interaction, fostering positive customer relationship s.

What We’re Looking For
Fluency in both French and English.
A passion for helping customers and a customer centric approach.
Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy and understanding.
Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for details.
A strong professional and proactive approach to problem solving .

What We Offer

Start Date:

ASAP.

Contract:

Temporary (3 months with 1 month of probation).
Full-Time: 39 hours per week.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday from 9hs to 18hs.
Salary: €18,900 gross per year.
Working Model:
Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.
Training: 5 days Full-Time. Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00.
