We are looking for an Icelandic speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team based in Barcelona

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide professional and clear support to customers
Resolve issues efficiently and effectively
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams when needed

Requirements

Icelandic (C1–C2)
Good level of English
Strong communication skills
Customer-focused mindset
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
