Product Adoption Specialist – Customer Success

Position OverviewAs a Product Adoption Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in the Design & Manufacturing space as they begin their journey with Autodesk solutions. Working across the EMEA region and reporting to the Manager of Emerging Business Customer Success, you’ll drive high-quality customer engagements through proactive outreach — via phone, email, and digital channels — to ensure customers are activated, onboarded, and set up for long-term success.
Your passion for technology, understanding of the D&M industry, and ability to connect with customers across markets will make you an essential part of our global Customer Success team.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers during product activation — guiding them through login, user assignment, and project setup
- Drive a high volume of quality engagements via phone, email, and other digital channels to maximize customer impact
- Develop and execute onboarding and adoption strategies that increase customer value and product usage
- Support customers through early product milestones, identifying and resolving friction points before they become risk
- Analyze activation and usage data to identify trends, surface insights, and improve customer outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Channel Partners, and Support to drive customer success milestones
- Document all customer activity and opportunities accurately in Salesforce
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- Experience in a customer-facing role — Customer Success, Account Management, technical support, or similar
- Familiarity with Autodesk Fusion or comparable D&M tools (e.g. Solid Works, CATIA, Siemens NX)
- Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a range of audiences
- Comfortable managing multiple customer accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Additional fluency in French or Italian
- Background in MFG, D&M, PLM, or a related technical field
- Experience with SaaS, cloud-based software, or subscription business models
- Knowledge of 3D modeling tools or cloud technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related discipline — or equivalent experience
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
