Your Role & Responsibilities
  • As a brand ambassador for a leading Swiss telecom provider, you will deliver outstanding service via inbound channels, ensuring customer satisfaction while naturally spotting opportunities to add value.
  • Handle inbound inquiries from German‑speaking customers.
  • Analyze and resolve administrative and technical topics (product features, billing, etc.).
  • Update internal databases and customer management systems accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and elevate complex cases when necessary.
Work Schedule & Flexibility
  • Rotating shifts scheduled between 09:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday.
  • Options for 8‑hour, 6‑hour, and 4‑hour shifts to help match your lifestyle. (

    Note:

    Potential future late shifts until 01:00 may be introduced later).
  • Based in a modern, high‑tech office environment at Mega Park, Sofia.
  • Start fully office‑based to bond with your team. After 4 months, you qualify for a hybrid schedule (2 days remote, 3 days office) based on meeting standard KPIs.
