#About the role
You will
- Assist in the planning and coordination of city tours, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.
- Collaborate to enhance tour offerings and address customer feedback.
- Support the execution of marketing initiatives to promote our tours.
- Maintain strong relationships with tour guides and other stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development of new tour packages and itineraries.

- Multitasking, resilient and persistent, with a gold medal in problem-solving, so you never give up when problems and incidents arise
- Very organized and with attention to detail

The position requires a perfect command of English and Spanish, all spoken and written. Italian & French is an added value, but not required
