Hotel Booking Agent
At Netzon Group , we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for motivated Hotel Booking Agents to join our International Team in Barcelona.

About the Role
Travelodge is a well-established British hotel brand with more than 600 locations across the UK, Ireland, and Spain. With over 40,000 guest bedrooms and more than 3 million cooked breakfasts served each year, Travelodge is committed to continuously improving the customer experience by offering quality facilities in key locations.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals with strong sales skills to join our high-energy reservations team.
✅ Your Mission
Managing high volumes of inbound calls focused on hotel reservations, including new bookings, amendments, and cancellations
Converting enquiries into confirmed reservations by confidently guiding customers through the booking process
Using a sales-driven approach to maximise conversion rates and secure bookings on the first call
Upselling room categories and promoting additional services (e.g. breakfast, Wi-Fi, upgrades) to increase booking value
Identifying customer needs quickly and recommending suitable options to enhance their stay
Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets, conversion rates, and call handling KPIs
Maintaining strong product and system knowledge to provide accurate availability, pricing, and offers
Delivering a high standard of customer service while balancing efficiency and sales performance
What We’re Looking For
Fluency in English (Spanish is a Plus)
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in a call centre, sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles (preferred but not essential)
Ability to handle challenging calls and difficult situations professionally
Strong listening skills and the ability to ask relevant questions to understand customer needs
Sales experience is an advantage but not required
High level of motivation with a drive to meet and exceed targets
Clear, concise, and polite communication style
What We Offer
Start Date:
July 1st or July 6th, 2026.
Contract:
Temporary (3 months with 1 month of probation).
Full-Time: 39 hours per week.
Working Hours:
Rotative Schedule Monday to Sunday - Between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Or 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
Salary: €18,711 gross per year.
Performance Incentives:
Based on Sales and CPH. Up to €80 per week.
Working Model:
Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.
Training: 1 Week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
