As a Customer Service Representative (French-speaking) based in Barcelona (on-site), you will be part of a team that powers the brands of the future in the sports clothing industry.

• Handle incoming customer contacts via telephone, email, chat or other automated alerts and resolve user demands, including soft sales.
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide responses and resolutions within the defined SLA.
• Maintain service and product knowledge related to applications specific to individual customers.
• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.

• Proficient or bilingual in French and advanced in English.
• Good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
• Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customer’s needs.
• Can take ownership of calls, progress them to resolution or appropriately escalated resolution.

• Temporary 39 hours per week contract (Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00).
• Salary 19,623.94 euros gross per year plus up to 2,400 euros gross per year in bonus.
