Position  Customer Care Agent (m/f/d) – Dutch Market (Inbound)
Responsibilities   You’ll be the first point of contact for Dutch‑speaking and international B2B customers, handling their inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.
With a solution‑oriented mindset, you’ll support customers on technical and product‑related questions.
You’ll ensure all details are accurately documented and customer data in the CRM stays current.
Working hand in hand with sales, product, and technical teams, you’ll help create a smooth and positive customer experience.
By staying on top of the latest product updates, you’ll make sure customers always receive the best possible support.
Qualifications   Previous experience in B2B inbound support or inside sales.
Confident handling of customer communication via chat, email and phone.
Strong interest in software solutions and digital tools.
Customer‑focused, with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
Well‑organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch (Level C2) and English (Level C1).
