Job Description  As a customer support agent/representative, you will primarily handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat with customers.
Responsibilities   Manage inbound calls, email, and live‑chat support.
Handle varying volumes of queries for different projects.
Maintain project efficiency and quality standards.
Qualifications   Native‑level fluency in Flemish; fluent in English (B2).
Experience in customer care is a plus.
Clean credit record with no non‑payment history.
Good computer handling skills.

Strong communication and negotiation skills; service‑oriented, professional, and thorough.
