Main responsibilities

Contact and follow up on leads generated by the Marketing team

Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable educational programs

Accurately update and maintain the CRM (Salesforce)

Manage the full customer journey—from first contact to program booking

Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Service team

Core skills & experience

University degree or diploma in a related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

Fast learner who thrives in dynamic and fast‑paced environments

Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and target‑driven

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Positive, adaptable, and eager to take on challenges
