About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive B2C Customer Success Representative to join our team.
As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for supporting customers throughout their journey, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence. Acting as the voice of our brands, you will help build customer loyalty by providing timely support, resolving inquiries efficiently, and delivering an outstanding brand experience across multiple channels.
You will work closely with both customers and internal teams, contributing to a positive customer journey while helping us continuously improve our processes and service quality.

What We Are Looking For
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Success, Retail, Hospitality, or similar.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically with customers.
A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges in a calm and solution-oriented manner.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an international team environment.
Comfortable learning new products, processes, and digital tools.
Positive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced and growing business.
Nice to Have
Fluency in French, Italian, or Spanish.
Previous experience working with CRM and customer service platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or SAP.
Experience in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (D2C), or international customer support environments.
Knowledge of the outdoor industry and its products.
Passion for sports, cycling, outdoor activities, and active lifestyles. xsgfvud
