Customer Support Specialist

As part of our expansion across Europe, we’re looking for Dutch, French, and Spanish speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our high performing, customer centric teams. What you’ll be doing
Guide new clients through onboarding and implementation journeys
Act as a trusted partner, ensuring customers get maximum value from the product
Deliver a high-quality customer experience across multiple touchpoints
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams
Identify opportunities to improve processes and client satisfaction
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers

These roles play a key part in ensuring successful adoption and a seamless customer experience from day one

✅ What we’re looking for
Experience in customer-facing roles (Onboarding, Success, Support, or Account Management)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
Confidence delivering training, guidance, or product support to clients

Language requirements
We are actively hiring candidates who are fluent in:
Dutch (or Flemish)
French
Plus strong English for internal collaboration
(Language fluency is essential as you’ll be working directly with customers in your market.)
