Job Overview We are actively seeking a talented and motivated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent to join a dynamic Customer Support Services team based remotely within Greece.
This role offers the opportunity for fluent Spanish speakers to advance their careers while enjoying the distinctive lifestyle of Greece.
Key Responsibilities Provide high‑quality customer support to Spanish‑speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring all interactions meet service standards.
Diagnose customer issues, queries, and complaints accurately and deliver timely, effective resolutions in line with company policies and SLAs.
Maintain thorough and precise records of all customer interactions using the company’s CRM platform, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
Collaborate with internal teams and escalation departments to resolve complex or sensitive customer cases efficiently.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and relay constructive feedback to team leaders and quality assurance personnel.
Meet and consistently exceed individual and team performance KPIs, including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and first‑contact resolution rates.
Stay current with product and service knowledge by actively participating in training sessions and team briefings to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
Uphold the brand values and service ethos of the client organization at all times, acting as a trusted ambassador for the Spanish‑speaking customer base.
Requirements Native or fluent Spanish language proficiency, both spoken and written.
Valid EU passport or EU citizenship.
Working knowledge of English for internal communication and training.
Previous experience in a customer service, contact center, or client‑facing support role preferred; motivated candidates with strong interpersonal skills welcome.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection, a professional workspace, and the self‑discipline to thrive independently within a structured team environment.
