Position Summary The Customer Care representative is responsible for ensuring that customers are provided best in class customer support. Key responsibilities include promptly entering incoming purchase orders and supporting sales representatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Promptly enter purchase orders to meet or exceed the agreed service levels.
Partner with Customer Care Leads to guarantee achievement of service level agreements.
Ensure order entry, order tracking and delivery are on track and orders are completed in full, providing customers with status updates throughout the process.
Identify gaps in customer care processes and partner with customer experience team to resolve.
Ensure actions align with AAT strategy.
Escalate issues as they arise in a timely manner to ensure agility and responsiveness.
Education & Experience Education & Languages
Bachelor's degree in any field; preferably with knowledge of foreign trade and logistics.
Languages (Required):
English (C1), Spanish (C1).
Languages (Preferred):
German, French, Italian or any additional languages.
Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in Customer Service/Care roles within B2B business segment.
Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and successfully handle multiple priorities.
Strong critical thinking skills, understanding when escalation is necessary.
Strong problem-solving and analytical reasoning skills.
Leader in promoting and engaging work environment.
Utilizes data (KPIs) to drive business results.
Experience working with international teams.
Pay and Benefits The estimated base pay for this position is EUR 32.000 annually.
