Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate user-generated content in Spanish to ensure adherence to community guidelines

Classify and assess content according to established moderation policies

Identify and report any inappropriate or violating content to the relevant teams

Offer feedback and insights on content trends to improve moderation strategies

Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance moderation processes and team performance

Stay current with company policies and standards related to content moderation

Requirements

Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential;
English proficiency is a plus

Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles preferred

Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently apply guidelines

Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate moderation decisions

Ability to manage sensitive content with professionalism and discretion
