Key Responsibilities   Review and moderate user‑generated content in Spanish to ensure adherence to community standards and policies
Classify and make informed decisions on content based on established moderation guidelines
Identify and report inappropriate content or violations promptly
Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to improve moderation processes
Collaborate with team members to maintain and enhance moderation quality
Stay updated on company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement
Requirements   Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred
Strong attention to detail and consistent application of moderation guidelines
Excellent communication skills to clearly justify moderation decisions
Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion
Familiarity with content moderation tools and online platforms is an advantage
