At  Netzon Group , we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our International Team in Barcelona.

About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. You will Support BISSELL and PM Connect with their products and services.

✅ Your Mission
Customer Advocate:
Ensure our clients needs and concerns are addressed effectively and efficiently.
Product Expert:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and insightful information to customers.
Omnichannel Specialist:
Deliver exceptional customer support across all channels (Phone, email, chat and social media).
Problem Solver:
Analyse customer issues, identify root causes and proactively offer personalized solutions.
Brand Ambassador:
Authentically represent the brand and its values in every interaction, fostering positive customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For
Fluency in English and French.
A passion for helping customers and a customer centric approach.
Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy and understanding.
Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for details.
A strong professional and proactive approach to problem solving.

What We Offer

Start Date:

ASAP.

Contract:

Substitution Contract (1 Month of Probation).
Full-Time: 39 hours per week.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6PM (1 Short Day per Week).
Salary: €18,711.01 gross per year.
Performance Bonus:
Up to €1,000 per year
Working Model:
Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.
Training:
Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6PM.
