We are looking for a customer-focused professional to join an international organization and provide operational, administrative and customer support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring excellent service levels, efficient order processing and effective coordination between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels, ensuring a professional and timely response.
Provide product, service and basic technical information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Process and manage customer orders accurately within internal systems and follow up on order status, stock availability and deliveries.
Coordinate the resolution of customer issues by collaborating with internal departments and ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
Manage returns, warranty claims and related documentation in accordance with established procedures.
Create and maintain customer accounts and records, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information.
Perform administrative tasks and maintain documentation to support daily business operations.
Support inventory and logistics-related activities to ensure service continuity and product availability.
Assist with invoice, payment and credit note inquiries, escalating and resolving issues when appropriate.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, operations and logistics to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards and company policies.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational efficiency.
Qualifications &
Experience:
Italian speaker with strong command of English and Spanish, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication in an international environment.
2 years of experience in customer service, support operations, or similar client-facing roles.
A genuine customer-first mindset, with a consistent focus on delivering high-quality service and positive experiences.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across different teams and with external stakeholders.
A proactive and collaborative approach, combined with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Previous experience working with business systems such as ERP or CRM platforms is required.
Solid command of Microsoft Office tools for daily operational tasks and reporting.
Secondary education or equivalent academic background.
Basic understanding of financial or accounting principles will be considered an advantage.
Additional European languages will be considered a strong plus.
