Bracap Global Tours is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and solution-driven Group & Educational Tours Operations Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys building tailor‑made travel programs, coordinating multiple moving parts and working in a fast-paced international B2B environment focused on quality, accuracy and service. At Bracap, we design and operate tailor‑made travel programs across Europe for international travel agencies and partners.

Our core business is group travel for 10 passengers or more, with fully customised private services, and we are especially specialised in Educational Tours and technical visits adapted to the academic profile or field of study of each group.
In this role, you will be part of the Operations team and work in close coordination with Customer Care. During the quotation stage, you will not communicate directly with the end client; instead, you will receive the brief from Customer Care and work with suppliers to develop the best possible proposal in line with the client’s needs. Once the trip is confirmed, you will take over the operational management of the booking and communicate directly with the travel agency partner in a B2B context.

Success in this role means being able to turn a commercial brief into a strong and realistic travel proposal, keep communication flowing smoothly between departments, and manage confirmed bookings with efficiency, accuracy and a high level of service.
Responsibilities   Review and analyse travel requests shared internally by the Customer Care team.
Build tailor‑made itineraries and operational proposals for group travel, Educational Tours and technical visits.
Request, compare and negotiate services with suppliers to create competitive and accurate quotations.
Work closely with Customer Care to ensure smooth internal communication and full alignment with the client brief.
Manage booking information, updates and follow‑up through the company's intranet and internal systems.
Coordinate internally through Teams during the quotation phase.
Handle operational email communication with the travel operator once the booking is confirmed.
Monitor confirmed services, travel documentation, changes and last‑minute operational details.
Resolve issues efficiently and maintain a high standard of service and reliability throughout the process.
Qualifications   Previous experience in travel operations, group travel, a travel agency, tour operator or a similar environment.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage several files and deadlines at the same time.
Excellent written communication and coordination skills.
Close attention to detail and a practical, problem‑solving mindset.
Professional‑level English, Spanish and Catalan.
Other languages spoken are a strong plus.
Confidence working with digital tools, internal systems, Office 365 and Outlook.
Interest in using AI tools to speed up processes, improve productivity and support day‑to‑day operational work, always with professional judgment and human review.
