Responsibilities   Monitoring accounts, with the final aim of receiving payments within the expected deadlines
Carrying out recovery, payment and re-launch activities by negotiating and finding a suitable payment solution
Controlling the regularity of payments in the framework of the methods set
Managing payment plans
Maintaining a positive relationship between senders and consignees
Requirements   Full professional proficiency in Italian, Spanish and English
Dynamic, organized with a methodical approach
Good negotiation and communication skills
Ability to handle a high volume of actions
Previous experience in a Customer Service or Sales related role
