REVLON , the multinational cosmetics company, is seeking a  Customer Service UK Market  professional for its hub in Barcelona.

Job Description:

The Customer Service UK Market position is responsible for executing the Order-to-Delivery process, supporting the sales department, and acting as the first point of contact for customers regarding service level performance.

The role requires daily monitoring of operational KPIs to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions, always aiming to ensure excellence in service levels.

Manage customer service activities to ensure excellent service.

Work closely with Supply Planning, Distribution, and Finance to achieve objectives and plans.

Support Sales & Marketing in achieving sales targets; maintain and update information for validation and sharing.

Ensure that databases (customer and material master) are accurate to avoid complaints, returns, and credits due to incorrect data.

Support customer requests and act as a central point of contact for any inquiries.

Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order process quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Supply Chain Management.

2–4 years of experience in B2B FMCG or the cosmetics industry, with customer service knowledge

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Knowledge of JDE or SAP

Working Conditions:

Hybrid model with a 3-day on-site presence at Revlon’s office in Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona.
