We are looking for a driven  Enrollment and Marketing Assistant  in Mumbai who will help the university attract, guide, and support students from the South Asian region throughout the entire admission and enrollment process, ensuring a high‑quality and personalized experience.

This role is a freelance position.

Key Functions

Daily Enrollment Journey Support

Connect with students & parents through calls and meetings

Offer personalized guidance throughout their enrollment journey

Application & Admission Guidance

Assist students with applications and resolve enrollment issues

Support pre‑ & post‑admission requirements

Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure a smooth process

Requirements

Degree related to Business, Marketing, or International Relations

Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and call/contact center

Strong oral and telephone communication skills, as well as active listening

Familiarity with systems (CRM) and customer relationship management practices
