Customer Care Specialist

We’re looking for a dynamic, organized, and hands‑on person to join our team.

The position is full‑time and based in our Barcelona office.
Main Responsibilities   Respond to customer inquiries with care and in the brand’s tone of voice.
Manage returns, exchanges, and claims smoothly and efficiently.
Maintain a consistent daily response rhythm and follow up on ongoing conversations.
Ensure tickets are handled with clarity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Coordinate with logistics, product, and e-commerce teams.
Identify patterns in customer queries and contribute to improving the overall experience.
Support the team with product‑related updates on Shopify (such as descriptions or basic content adjustments).
Assist in the preparation and execution of online launches when needed.
Who We’re Looking For   Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).
Proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented.
Comfortable working with structure and maintaining a steady daily rhythm.
Experience in customer service (fashion is a plus).
Interest in product and online experience.
Familiarity with tools like Zendesk or Shopify is a plus.
