Customer Service Advisor

Responsibilities

Dive into a comprehensive training program to get ready for top-notch customer service

Support customers with setup and configuration of payment terminals or online solutions

Address and resolve any reported issues

Connect with B2B customers via phone and email, providing service-oriented solutions

Handle admin tasks and follow up on questions and requests

Cultivate a positive working environment and foster motivation among team members

Requirements

Native-level proficiency in Danish (both spoken and written)

A good command of the English language

A high school diploma or equivalent qualification

Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not a deal-breaker

Excellent communication skills for confidently interacting with customers

Master problem solver, ready to tackle customer inquiries

Juggling tasks and paying attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable using computer systems and various software applications

Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
