We are growing our Spanish and Portuguese team at Porsche’s Customer Relations Hub (CRH) in Barcelona together with you
At the CRH we are creating something new and innovative to inspire the customer experience of the Porsche brand
You may think of it as a call center – but way better!
You are an essential part of Porsche’s customer success, so you might as well call yourself a Porsche Ambassador
Your mission will be to provide excellent customer support by delivering clear, accurate information and ensuring every customer has a smooth and positive experience
Representing our products and services
Being the first point of contact for our customers from the Iberian market
Supporting the development of the Customer Relations Hub by introducing your ideas
Using your communication skills to help customers with a wide variety of issues
Assuring the customers have a positive experience that fits our quality standards
Do you “speak” Porsche? Because we are looking for passionate Customer Experts who seek to revolutionise Porsche’s customer service
Native level of Spanish with a proficient level of English and Portuguese
Experience in luxury Customer Service

Experience with a CRM (e.g. SAP, Salesforce or any other)
Ability to quickly understand customer’s needs, with an empathetic and problem-solving mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in the automotive industry
