International Assistant Account Manager

• Onboard new partners who register on Click&Boat (80%)
• Assist partners throughout creation of boat listings, including ads and pictures
• Show partners how the platform works
• Help partners maximize account potential by updating ads and ensuring calendars are up to date
• Enhance partner engagement by answering questions and doubts about platform use
• Carry out market research according to business needs
• Participate actively in BU weekly/monthly presentations
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to deliver a high-quality experience

• Fluent in English
• Ideally a first experience (internship or student / summer job) in a customer facing role
• Dynamic and at ease on the phone
• Enjoy advising and be an ongoing person
• Customer satisfaction as a main source of motivation
• Team player who inspires trust
• Ready to take initiatives and battle for user satisfaction
• Interested in start-up environments
• Proactive and ready to share ideas to improve services
• Knowledge of another language is highly valued (bonus)
• Boating background and interest is valued (bonus)
