Puesto: Implementation (SaaS)
We are looking for a  Customer Implementation Manager  to lead customer onboarding and implementation after the sales process is completed. You will act as the main point of contact from contract signature through launch, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring each implementation progresses smoothly and on schedule.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end customer implementation and onboarding process for new customers.

Manage multiple customer implementations with different timelines, requirements, stakeholders, and priorities.

Define clear implementation plans, milestones, responsibilities, and target launch dates.

Lead customer kickoff and implementation meetings while proactively moving projects toward launch.

Coordinate data migration, account configuration, content setup, integrations, and customer training.

Collaborate with Product, Development, Customer Success, and Sales to resolve implementation issues and improve onboarding processes.

Requirements

Bring 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, project management, or a similar client-facing role.

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Show strong organization and attention to detail when managing customer projects.

Manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.

Take proactive ownership of customer outcomes and solve problems resourcefully.

Work confidently with software platforms, troubleshooting issues and coordinating across teams.
