The roleThe Customer Service Team Leader will lead and develop a team of customer and consumer service representatives, ensuring high service standards and strong operational performance. The role focuses on team management, KPI and SLA monitoring, performance improvement, escalations and collaboration with Quality and senior operational stakeholders. The position also supports training, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Leadership + Customer
Day to day that means the Customer Service Team, leader will lead and develop a team of customer and consumer service representatives, ensuring high service standards and strong operational performance. The role focuses on team management, KPI and SLA monitoring, performance improvement, escalations and collaboration with Quality and senior operational stakeholders. The position also supports training, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mon-Fri 09 AM 6 PM In short:

- Strong communication and feedback skills
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- Ability to analyse KPIs and performance data
- Experience with customer service processes and best practices
- Fluent Chinese and English, spoken and written
- Previous experience managing customer service teams
- Native or near-native level of Danish
